but other 12 weeks program I have done...

nenu 2 times compleated super untadi... only thing enti antey...no ab things in that..

right now i am stuck with 14 3/4 inch arms and 14 1/4 inch calves bro....may be i reached plateaus..... so any use vuntadha?

yess pakka untadii if you follow his 40 min cardio and exercises... supersets.. DTP... drop sets anii mast changin and newthing every day untadi... so you will gain strength and muscle gain....

 

food brownrice sweetpotatos eggs oats edii main undalii.... I have reduced almost 28 lbs on this program and put on atelast 6 LB of muscle..

righ now my arms are 17.4 and calves are 19

 

try it you will like .....

 

I like Jim stopponi shortcut to shred better than 12 weeks kris..... just because Jim  has HITT in between  so that I am out of GYM by 1hr 30 min.. if Kris I need to do 25 min cardio after ..it might take 2 hours and 20 min some times...

 

need to see how new video series would be...
