when I was doing Kris.. I used Creatin 20min beforeworkout... and Xtend intraworkout( this has all the BCAAs).. and after I use Dyntamize iso 100 whey.. and before sleep casine .....and fish oil and multi vitmans morning and after dinner meal...

 

 

when I thought I have advanced... I started using JYM PRE with JYM Shred  and intraworkout as 1 scoop as whey and 1 scoop as casine....after workout I useed Post JYM... and fish oil and multi vitmans morning and after dinner meal JYM shred 2 times a day ...

nee bodycalender ki vesukoo it will be quite easy totrack.... you can enter all the sets you doin phone and track ur progress...

avunaa..I am not sure about that problem.... but do you drink atleast 2 GL of water ? thats most important...

nee phone lo app store ki veltey  bodybulding app instal chesuko... and then create ur login.... then add the program for ex Kris 12 week or Jim short cut to shred  to ur programs then it will ask from which day you want to start ani.... you dont need to remember or have a sheet of paper to track ur sets....
