Annual Bonus Istara One Year Ki Resign Cheste

if after 11th month I say that I will resign at the end of 12 month, do I need to repay visa fee and relocation expenses?  (my contract document says that I need to repay those in full to the company if I quit within a year)

 

also one year tarvata anni companies compulsory bonus istara?  maa company lo vallaki last year icharu anta after successful completion of one year.. so if I give my one month notice at the end of 11th month, do I still qualify for that annual bonus?

HR ki munde inform cheste.. vallaki advantage vachettu maluchukuntaremo situation ani bhayam ga undi.. waiting for that 11th month to end.. if not till the end of 12th month

sign-on bonus icharu some pounds.. avi kuda only after tax deposit ayyayi in my account and at excessive tax rate bcz for that first month pay, sign-on bonus+first_month_salary may have gone into higher tax bracket ...

this sign-on bonus also needs to be repaid in full if I were to leave the company voluntarily within one year of the commencement of employment

so, my question is after tax amount( i.e., the amount deposited in my bank) refund cheyala nenu or the amount quoted (amount deposited in bank + tax paid by company to UK) in my contract document ..which one will I be asked to repay?

the only source of information I have is my contract document which doesnt specify these in detail.

bhayya most companies atleast fortune 500 you should stay for atleast 2 years for relocation and 401k.

relocation expenses -  2 yrs undaali you should stay with the company or else you need to pay the remaining amount of what you got divided into 24 months . so in your case half of what you got. 

 

401k amount-  if you are putting money in 401k plan and employer is matching it, you will be eligible to take it only after you complete 2 full years of employment.

 

Bonus - Bonus will be given on your performance and company performance after a review by your manager and will be generally done after financial year that is in april. so if you are leaving before that i am not sure you will be eligible for it.
