1) As said above Cedar Park is towards North Austin , so downtown ki dhooranga untundhi .. but right now growing up city .. manchi school communities antae Leander and Spice wood anukunta ... so aaa areas lo koncham COSTLY untaai houses .. 

 

Cedar Park lo 180K nunchi 400K houses unnai .. kotha communities chaaala padthunnai .. 

Avery Ranch ani untai .. second hand houses full hot market .. chaaala manchi aaa trails lo prefer chesthaaru .. telugu vallu ekkuva eee areas lo 

 

2) Oka vela downtown side aithae ... on the other side like South Austin .. akkado inko batch untaaru .. but mostly North, Tamil and kodhiga takkuva desi telugu compared to North ,, Veelantha mostly Govt companies ki work chesthunna vaaru

 

3) 2 Temples untaai a) Austin Hindu Temple - South Austin b) Cedar Park Sai Temple & Sri Venkateshwara temple of Austin { Monnae kattaru } - North Austin
