may be ur right baa , but ye interviewer aina talent gurinchi eppudu alochistadu if position is critical. but i believe around 50% of it jobs fake to chalta type lo untundi, full timers ki emo gani contractors ki full debba

 

just imagine if ur quoting 80/h as ur experienced and if someone quotes teh same position for 25$/h due to ead ind contract position vallake istaru

He took the commission per candidate in between.

I was just wondering where is question about talent playing a role here?
The positions did not even go out of the company. Its all about people occupying the position of power to recruit, creating network of ur own relatives or region or caste in office.
genuine people wont even get a chance to aplply for those positions forget facing interview.
