I want to quote an example to persons supporting h4 EAD.
nenu dallas lo pani chese tappudu oka office lo few openings came up in office and the tech manager their was a desi who had a benami consultancy on his brother in laws name and he filled all those positions through recruiting EAD aunties or OPT guys with a dead cheap billing rate for long term. He took the commission per candidate in between.

I was just wondering where is question about talent playing a role here?
The positions did not even go out of the company. Its all about people occupying the position of power to recruit, creating network of ur own relatives or region or caste in office.
genuine people wont even get a chance to aplply for those positions forget facing interview.

Its just because of billing issues..Nen $55- $60 quote cheshte, OPT student ochi $40 ki pani chestha antadu..Obvious ga vendor vadine push chesthadu..Ala 10 candidates ni push chesthadu..Nu annatu vallaki talent undakapovachu, kani 10 lo okadanna interview clear chesthadu..Ippudu ikkada evaru benefit avthunaru..Mana varaku kuda ravatledu asal?? Manam kuda $40 tiskoni pani cheddama cheppu nuvve?
