Requesting Help Regarding Sql

I want to read an xml file stored in server using SQL store proc. I have done that as follows, which will work fine,.

SELECT * FROM OPENROWSET(BULK N'''+@FilePath+'\'+@filename+''', SINGLE_CLOB) AS Contents

But the problem is I need to give BULK admin access to user/ service account. MY manager is not approving that. Is there any way to do that without bulk? (SQL server 2012)

SQL service account ki BULK Admin permission kavali.. They are not giving persmission for it.. They told to try alternative...

bulk admin is server level access so most of the time access ivvaru.

DBA ni execute chesi results table lo petti neeku access unna chota table ni copy cheyamanu...

or code job lo petti dba ni run cheyamanu..

front end lo oka button click chesinappudalla aa xml ni process cheyyali....
