Your insurance will cover,but generally the insurance company of the other car(that hit your car and if the accident is of no fault of yours) will bear the damages

 

If you are claiming insurance,insurance companies report the dmagaes to DMV and it goes to public records and it can be eventually pulled by any one (like CARFAX,Kelly BB ,insurance companies etc) for valuating your car

also, nee car fix ayey dhaka they will provide a car too. once they accept their mistake, claim a rental until ur car is fixed.

You can claim for diminished value once your car is fixed, that will depend on how much were the repairs usually around 40 %.
