sateesh611 Posted December 10, 2014 Report Posted December 10, 2014 yes.. if its new car, apart from fixing and providing you a temp car, you can negotiate that your car resale value is going to drop hugely becoz of the incident and the guy will pay certain amount ( mostly 1K or 2K)..naaku ayyindhi..2010 lo..he paid 1000.I was asking close to 2K though.

Don't think insurance companies are like desi consultacies. They employ a big group of attorneys. Vallu ninnu reverse lo insurace fraud ani case file cheste nuvvu appudu inko thread start cheyavalasi vastundi. Nuvvu still cheyali anukunte there are attorneys who will deal with these kind of accident injury related issues. Go and talk to them.
