It probably can if it tried, but only for a short time. for radical change in india, we need a dalit party and an intelligent and charismatic dalit leader, like Modi.

 

May be modi should start focusing on bringing dalits to the forefront in politics and sideline useless upper caste politicians like rajnath singh, etc.
