కరీంనగర్ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ వీరబ్రహ్మయ్య. బుధవారం బెజ్జంకి మండలం హన్మాజీపల్లె సమీపంలోని సిద్దిపేట నీటి సరఫరా పథకాన్ని సీఎం కేసీఆర్ మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, అధికారులతో కలసి పరిశీలించారు. ఇంటెక్‌వెల్ కం పంప్‌హౌస్ వద్దకు సీఎం వెళుతున్న సమయంలో ఆయన కాన్వాయ్ వెంటే కలెక్టర్ పరుగులు తీశారు. చెమటలు పడుతున్నా, ఆయాసపడుతూనే ఆగకుండా సుమారు పావు కిలోమీటరు పరుగెత్తారు. అక్కడ సీఎం అరగంటపాటు గడిపిన అనంతరం మళ్లీ హెలీప్యాడ్ వద్దకు బయలుదేరారు. ఆ సమయంలోనే సీఎం కాన్యాయ్ వెంట కలెక్టర్ మళ్లీ సుమారు 200 మీటర్ల దూరం వరకు పరుగెత్తారు. ఇది చూసిన అధికారులు, మీడియా ప్రతినిధులంతా ఆశ్చర్యపోయారు. కలెక్టర్ ఇట్లా ఎందుకు పరిగెడుతున్నారు?  వాహనంలో ఎందుకు రాలేదని ఆరా తీశారు. కెమెరామెన్లు, ఫొటోగ్రాఫర్లయితే కలెక్టర్ పరిగెడుతున్న సన్నివేశాన్ని తమ కెమెరాల్లో క్లిక్‌మన్పించారు. కలెక్టర్ అట్లా పరిగెత్తడానికి అసలు కారణమేమిటంటే.. పంప్‌హౌస్ వద్దకు వెళ్లేందుకు సీఎం కాన్వాయ్‌తోపాటు మరో రెండు వాహనాలను మాత్రమే సెక్యూరిటీ సిబ్బంది అనుమతించారు. ఒక వాహనంలో సీఎంవో అధికారులు, మరో వాహనంలో ఎమ్మెల్యేలు ఉండటంతో కలెక్టర్‌కు చోటు లేకుండా పోయింది. దీంతో చేసేదేమీ లేక కలెక్టర్ సీఎం కాన్వాయ్ వెంట పరుగులు తీయాల్సి వచ్చింది.

security protocol does't allow another vehicle, then collector also should not have been allowed....it is as simple as that. protocol supervisor di thappu.
