❝ In this recent and not so pleasant experience, I was reminded by the "Police" about their "will" becoming the law. Not a few hours ago, I was on board an Auto-Rickshaw to Secundrabad Railway Station when I saw two police women cozily driving away on a motorbike. Seems normal, doesn't it? Well, to my surprise and apparently to your surprise too, there were three people on that bike, one driver and those two female police officers. Between 6 pm to 9 pm, the road to Secundrabad gets very traffic heavy, because of the Metro Rail construction, and because of the traffic jam, I was able to communicate with those female police officers. I asked them about their current position (why there were three people on the bike), to which they replied (in hindi), "Kya fark padta hai? Tumhe chot to nahi lag rahi hai na, chup chap baithe raho auto me.", I was really surprised and shocked at the same time, because in my personal experience, I’ve always been educated by traffic rules and laws by the people around me and by the police. One of my cousins is in Lucknow Police, and he would always tell me how it is wrong to not follow traffic rules, and how it is not good to take the law in your own hands.

I was so agitated by the reply, I told them I will lodge a complaint against them, to this they said, "Police ke baare me bolega, Police ko hi? Jao, bolo.", as if they really didn't care, as if their will was the law.

I want to ask all the Logical Indians, how is this correct? How will they (the police) protect and serve us, when they are not willing to follow the law?

I have taken a couple of pictures, secretively, and I am sharing them with you, not so good in quality because I had to do it really fast, but you can clearly see their uniform and can see three people on one bike. ❞
