I think you would already authorized amazon (by filling in ATT password and or Last 4 SSN) and if you don't return the phone or don't add the line,you will be billed

You may not see it immediatley in the next bill ..but with in 45 days max

So return to amazon ASAP and inform/confirm with ATT
