Agreed. Also in the last hundred years or so, people have associated Sanatan Dharma more with Bhagvad Gita and scriptures like Ramayan and Mahabharath. The four vedas have taken a backseat, whereas it should have been the other way around or atleast included in the same.

I am a Hindu and OC... but look at hinduism from others eyes.... Caste discrimination might be playing a crucial role in conversion. 

 

Agreed. Caste discrimination and perceived superiority have been a major blow to Hinduism in the last few centuries. Things have been improving over the last few decades, but God knows how long it will take to change completely. Having an affinity for one's caste is ok i guess, but to use it as a tool to exploit or segregate is bad.
