dont keep location prefernces for "employer"........u'll be anyways working at a client place that need not be the same pklace as employers...and its once in lifetime u get to meet him...lol...i didnt even meet mine...its been like 2.5 uyrs

first ippuduna employer gadi tho 1-1 matladutha ila naa career problem...asalu labor audit enni rojulaindhi submit chesi..ani...and u can easily find out how much it may take to approve/deny based on that jump kottali....i bet u paid for the labor so u shud be able to keep track of its progress....if not....immediate ga 2nd option vere employer

 

nuvvu eeroju transfer ayina or else jan 1st nunchi kotha emp tho unnavu anukundham...it will take 3 months for him to do all the ground work for labor filing and then apply....usual ga without audit it will take close to 5months or 6 ...so there are fair chanes of approval if u act immediately..ven if there is a audit there also...u can get 1 yr h1b extension based on ur labor approval if u file dur labor before 365 days of ur h1b expiry

em avvadhu nalu telsi......its same as having lc approved if labor is denied.....bcoz that h1b is extended based on pending labor application...once h1b is approved there whud not be a conflict based on what the labor status is....

LC pending for morethan 365 days 1 year extension

LC Approved-1 year extension

LC Approved +I140 pending 1 year extension
