em avvadhu nalu telsi......its same as having lc approved if labor is denied.....bcoz that h1b is extended based on pending labor application...once h1b is approved there whud not be a conflict based on what the labor status is....

either ways

LC pending for morethan 365 days 1 year extension
LC Approved-1 year extension
LC Approved +I140 pending 1 year extension

In that case manchi emp dorikite 1.5 year will be good

But perm ki audit padakudadu and transfer should go fine ...

1.5 year is good , if the process goes fine man... in my case process took 6 months 7 days exactly from date of filing to 140 approval without any issues.. (140 premium though)...
