I had a quick look at ISNS company. Its quite clear that company is bleeding big time and its not a one-off. On an average the company lost around 32% every year for the last 3years.  Where are they getting this money to fund their losses? There are a lot of risk factors associated with the company and are well documented in the annual reports. I could go on and list a lot... Anyone who calls themselves as investors with an iota of brain could very well see and read that.

Bottom line is you got greedy and went with a FOOL's advice. You never did your homework and its a lesson for a lifetime. Do your homework. Its your bloody money and hard earned. Currently ISNS is trading at its book value. Their Management/Business looks stupid. I Would say cash out what ever you are left with and pay off the Loan as quickly as possible. ***A rich man is one who doesn't have any loans or any outgoing cashflow that negates what one earns. So clear off the loan as quick as possible. If it means living a frugal life for another 2years, so be it.  Once you are off the hook, start building your savings again and this time use brain. If in doubt, don't do it. You are better off having that money in bank than loosing it in this way. About sharing it with your family - you are the best person here to judge as you know your family better than all of us here and consider these factors - how well they can understand and co-operate, nagging etc.

Your story got me so angry and with so much of difficulty I wrote this without using any expletives. it makes me feel sorry for all the greedy desperate persons. To all those people giving free and foolish advices, remember this - Death is the only certainty in this life. Rest are all probabilities.

One last thing i would like to say is - Money is only a part of life but its not Life. Don't loose hope and stay strong. With this experience, I hope you come out stronger and tougher.
