LOL..You may be thinking how I made money if the oil price went down.. google for 'futures shorting' ..[selling at higer price and buying when price falls down -covering the trade]

I'd say he timed the markets wrong. If he actually did invest that $120k, he wouldn't have made a 'huge' profit last time. not the 20% he claims in 15 days now. I am just showing off my e-penis here..I am not a guru to advice anyone here !

I have bought 1000 FB shares in IPO @ $17 a share and I still hold them ..currnetly they are listed at $78.40 and I stronly belive that they will trade at $100 with in 3 to 4 months .. $17000 can become $100k in 2 to 3 years is live example ..may be I lift this thread when FB is over $100 and post the proofs ! can you teach us how to buy stocks lower than IPO price? FB was listed for $38 but later it went down to 18-19.

I asked when exactly did you buy back those sold options. Almost until the start of this year, oil didn't touch $50, so how much did you exactly make? be specific when you talk about stuff like these. and don't assume that I don't know what short selling is. I've been in the commodity markets for 7 yrs now, oil and metal. and in the past 2 yrs, full time. Also I think you're being extremely irresponsible asking people to short oil here, when you have no clue how the commodity markets work. This kind of fall doesn't happen all the time. Have you ever shorted shares? commodities are not that profitable in comparison.
