Spirit Posted December 12, 2014 Report Posted December 12, 2014 I need moral support from all of you in weight reduction for which i have been struggling for past few years and it is affecting my health. My current weight : 195 lbs My targeted weight : 120 lbs I am planning of losing 2-3 lbs per week with diet and exercise for 1hour daily.I am planning to have 5-6 small meals per day with lot of protein and fruits in it. Please throw your value suggestions and no comedies please.
