first 1 month conditioning avu..

do only wat u can do in gym...dont rush into losing weight.

then gradual ga next month nunchi u can follow a plan.

12 week transformation ani google chyi

I need moral support from all of you in weight reduction for which i have been struggling for past few years and it is affecting my health.

 

My current weight :   195 lbs

My targeted weight : 120 lbs

 

I am planning of losing 2-3 lbs per week with diet and exercise for 1hour daily.I am planning to have 5-6 small meals per day with lot of protein and fruits in it.

 

Please throw your value suggestions and no comedies please.

 

sincere advice, you wont be able to do it by yourself, need some support, if you have good insurance you can get registered dietian, they will get all details from you and then give you a plan to follow and follow-ups for every 2-3 weeks to track your progress, nuvvu one week ki 1.5 lbs kantey yekuva dagavvu, otherwise serious health issues vasthayi especially hormonal damage. Join boot camps at your gym, cut carbohydrates, eat protien food daily. when it comes to weight loss slow and steady wins the race applies very much.
