first lo u might drop as u expected  but after a while u plateau and weight loss  isnt that evident 

 

Swimming and Cardio(any kind of excersice that can sustain a high heart rate well above 150-160) chaalu

 

calorie burn rate is almost proportionate to heart rate , more the heart rate the faster u lose the calories

 

good luck but , 140-150 is good enuf and it is only sustainable to maintain that weight if you take time to lose that weight over a long period of time, weight loss entha fast ga aythey anthey fast gaa weight gain chances unnayi 

 

nee target next Christmas ki pettukuntey , its really achievable

I need moral support from all of you in weight reduction for which i have been struggling for past few years and it is affecting my health.

 

My current weight :   195 lbs

My targeted weight : 120 lbs

 

I am planning of losing 2-3 lbs per week with diet and exercise for 1hour daily.I am planning to have 5-6 small meals per day with lot of protein and fruits in it.

 

Please throw your value suggestions and no comedies please.

Eat green leaves & grilled tofu, chicken, etc & do yoga...........
