the proposal was given by 2nd src but not accepted by GOI... sheer luck to students is agarwal also retired as chairman. .. so no chance of that :)

Civils prep in us koncham kast but if u have the zeal u can do it. Delhi lo coaching institute lo coaching is best. My bro is also in IRS. He is posted in Hyd. Telling from personal experience.

1. So online tutorials kashtam hence US lo undi try cheyyadam kashtam antaru
2. Delhi or Hyd based coaching inst preferable
3. No changes in age limit for OCs for now (34 for OCs rt?)
