no man ..the east side of pak is divided into different provinces and even the pak govt has no solid grip on that area .... army vellali ante it has to go through thick jungles , that'll more like walking in to a death trap .... entha powerful army unna kaani they cant mobilize an entire army for this purpose , and the death toll will be really high if they really think of going with that option ......
