control ur diet and do gym,,i jus started, currently 167 lbs, target 149lbs

starting yekkada..

 

I started from 240 lb..now 175 lb...target 160-165 lbs...

nenu ee week nunch started, how long it took for u to come from 240 to 175

It took almost 2 years... 190 varaku fast ga thagganu... aa tharvatha baga kasta paddanu... 175 daggara agipoyanu chala days nundi... Gym kanna diet meedha yekkuva focus pettanu.... like salads, chapathi, chicken breast, fish fillets, chipotle etc. gym 4 days per week...1 hour untanu...

sounds cool man ... btw nuvvu esina protein powder ey nenu regular ga use chesedi  , its good for building muscle ... taste antha goppaga undadu but i got used to it ...

aaa triner gadiniii gudalu udadisiii tanu.... it not weight loosing thing....its used as meal replacement with good stuff.. and retain ur lost energy instantly  in short.

I mean should we use to replace our regular food or should we use it only post workouts to increase our lost energy?

I mean is there a problem if we just use it in our regular diet without gym?

regular food replacement kadu vuncle... its a suppliment.. nuvvu tinedi tagginchi... edi taagi work out cheste you'll have more positive effects on your body... uttiga edi taagi kurchunte no use...

last time django dymatize fudge try cheyamani cheppadu , so planning to try it next ..... but i think whey is also really good man ... but just taste koncham odd ga untadi anthey , not too bad ..
