dude can u explain further on this Whey protein usage?

I mean should we use to replace our regular food or should we use it only post workouts to increase our lost energy?

I mean is there a problem if we just use it in our regular diet without gym?

 

basically its used to build muscle man ... whenever u workout ur muscle breaks a little , if u take enough protein it helps in faster muscle recovery thus helping the muscle growth ....

 

u can use it in ur regular diet without gym , but it doesn't help u in any way .....

Cool man. Thanks for the info. I was aware about it to be taken after workouts but always was hesitant to try as i thought it is for professional body builders who do a intense workout.

nothing to worry about it man  ... its perfectly safe  , even if u take it in excess ur body just takes as much as it needs and rest is flushed out.... but make sure that u drink lots of water  ...  professional body builders usually take a lot of products and different kinds of protein man ... whey is just one of them ...
