rezzz Posted December 18, 2014 Report Posted December 18, 2014 Copy frm pakka DB Long back chusa around 2009... Share chedam ani vesthuna http://www.andhranews.com/ftopic136.html Konni points match avthay 46 pages disco lo.. One of them If coastal Andhra become a seperate state......I don't think so.. If it became seperate then the new capital will be built in between guntur and vijayawada. Whether people believe it or not it is true. Do you know how many big shots bought land in between those two cities... Jr NTR bought 20 acres Akkineni Nagarjuna bought 10 acres Krishna/Mahesh babu bought 40 acres Ramanaidu Kodela Babu T subbaramireddy Deccan chronicle guys eenadu group Muralimohan Satyam computers Some hyderabad marwaris gujarathis Rayapati These are a few people whom we know. There are so many binami names, we don't who they are until the capital is created.. Also there is a proposal with the state government to reorganise districts after the capital is formed. Vijayawada and its vicinity, guntur and its vicinity (if you are familiar with these two cities you will know) Satring from gannavarm to ibrahimpatnam to amaravathi to perecherla to angalakuduru to peda vadlapudi to kankipadu to gannavaram will be formed a new district called (Kankadurga district or Amaravathi District). Krishna dist will become south Krishna and North Krishna, Guntur dist will become west krishna and palnadu dist head quarters at Bandur, nadigama, tenali and narasaraopeta... Already there is a masterplan to do this with the state government. My uncle who is in AP registrar office showed me the proposed maps confidentially. He told me the best lands to buy. Once the capital is formed it seems there will be two new rings roads will be formed and one expressway. One around vijayawada and another around Guntur, not the existing ones. Ring road around vijayawada will connect ramavarappadu to kankipadu and a bridge on river krishna.. ramavarappadu to ibrahimpatnam and a bridge on river krishna and those two bridges will be connected on the guntur district side with a parallel road along the river krishna. Already there is a existing road along the river krishna on guntur district side. It is called Karakatta, mainly for the purpose of stopping flood watersentering villages. Afte this they will make it stronger and wider. Ring road around Guntur will connect perecherla to lamfarm to kantheru to angalakuduru to chowdavaram to perecherla. This ring road will intersect all roads coming into guntur say from amaravathi, narasaraopet, chilakaluripet, tenali, prathipadu, vijayawada, sathenapalli.... Third road is making existing NH5 an express way with all exitsfrom vijayawada to guntur in a planned manner with 20 exits. Just like Dallas-Fortworth. All state offices will be near Nagarjuna university area. Just opposite to nagarjuna university hero Krishna bought around 40 acres. In fact YSR has ordered to prepare a master plan for some other new projects in that area last time when he stopped at gannavaram airport. Guntur and Vijayawada will not be like a industrial estate with lot of pollution. It will be like Gandhinagar Gujarath. Do you know that Gandhi nagar is the greenest city in India with millions and millions of trees planted there. That city looks like it is in a big thick jungle. All industrial development will be in vizag and kakinada area only. That is for sure...... More than this people in Krishna Guntur districts are very enterprising and ofcoursethey have lot of clout. I'm telling you when the issue of capital city comes then everybody will support these two cities. Starting from Venkaiah Naidu (BJP), CBN (TDP), BV Raghavulu(CPM), More congress and TDP leaders...That's enough.. Regarding transportation. No city can in andhra can beat those two cities. Have you guys ever thought of this... Any coastal area guy, if he wants to go to hyderabad or delhi or bangalore should touch one of these two cities. There is no other way. Vizag to bangalore it has to touch those two Vizag to hyderabad it has to touch Vizag to Delhi it has to touch Nellore to delhi it has to touch Nellore to hyderabad yes sir you ahve to go through ongole and narasaraopet (just 40 km from guntr) nellore to vizag yes sir vizag to chennai yes sir vizag to banglore yes sir it hs to go through vjw and gntur In fact only Krishna and Guntur districts are the only districts touching telangana. Please ignore Ongole touching Mahaboobnagar with a tip that too naxalite prone area and W.godavari and E.godavari touching khammam jungles. ou don't have any big road othere than these two routes. Vijayawada to hyderabad via suryapet (four laned) Guntur to Hyderabad via miryalaguda, nalgonda (four laned) Guntur to hyderabad (via nagarjuna sagar) alternate route You just cnn't go without crossing those two places
