Help Regarding My Gc Perm Denied

Ma employer gadu desi and i am a contractor . Naku 2013 Jan lo GC file chesadu so, aduit 2013 August lo vachindi and reponse appude ichadu and Audit was regarding financial ga GC ki employer or me ani...so dhanni affidavit chesi ichesamu........ Nadhi actually denied kani maa employer gadu naku ippatiki kuda cheppaledu...i just got to know from online  from dolstats.com . I just have 1 year 3 months left on my H1 what to do?  Maa vadu aduit response raledu raledu ane chepthunnadu but he knows that it's denied, why is he hiding ? Is there anything needs to be done from my end?

Only 1 year left so it's hard to find a employer who can file

Maa employer apply chestanu Jan 2013 lo ani Sept 2012 lo cheppedu....

 

Feb 2013 adigithe inka cheyyaledhu annadu...

dolstats to approved denied cases batti we will get an estimate as to which month year filed cases are getting looked at....

 

add your case to trackitt....and then keep searching for people who applied in your time frame and whether they are getting approvals/audits etc etc...
