usually perm number is like A-13045-xxxxxx

 

13 - Year

045 -- Day Number of year

 

So if you see the approved cases today you will find which perm applied date cases are getting approved...

 

status telidhu kani...you will get an idea...like suppose nee date ki mundhu okadidhe ninna approve ayyindhi anuko..nee perm result in a week or two ravochu (in case of audited cases)

 

approved/denied ayithey DOLSTATS lo list chestaru...

that number is the "date" when the case was created in icert system and NOT WHEN THE APP IS SUBMITTED TO DOL....
