Shoe Buy Shipped A Cancelled Order..

I bought a pair of shoe recently.. By mistake 1 st time I ordered without coupon code.. I cancelled 1 st order than ordered 2nd one with coupon code.. This dumb guys shipped both orders... how to tackle this..

You can cancel the order as long as the seller doesn't process your shipment. Once the shipment has been processed, there is no way you can cancel the order..All you can do is to wait until the item is being delivered to you.. Then, return it and request them for a refund.

Hey Ronit I cancelled the order within minutes of placing it.. got a cancellation notice too.. But still the order was shipped
