Questions To Ask Before Joining A Consultancy

Good Afternoon Guys,

 

I am thinking of  joining a consultancy and just confused on what questions to ask:

 

I have two consultancies available now with these offers:

 

Consultancy A:

 

 

80-20

Immigration nene pettukovali

They have connection with few direct vendors.

 

 

Consultancy B:

90-10

Immigration nene pettukovali

No direct vendors

 

No health insurance from either of these and i have to find project. 

 

I am just confused on what all i need to factor before taking the decision.

this is a caveat.....its not that easy....atleast inn this case the 1st guy seems to be kind of ok....if what he meant was true(vendor stuff)....

naa patha consultancy vaadu, 80 - 20 annadu... but he used to run pay roll for 55k only,,   and 1 month hold...migilinavi.. every 3 months bonus ichevadu...

opt 2 is better.... direct vendors ayethe emm vundi.... reqk vundali + niku  vachina tech kudha ayi vundali..... lite....

 

 

 

gain experience.... keep on look for better employers from ur frnds... keep moving on until u feel better( if on opt)

also make sure of prev history, pay time ki isthada, when on bench em options isthadu, training accomdation during 1st 2 weeks of job... inka benefits enti... vendor toh rate nuvve matladuthava or valle chusukuntara...
