Mental_Krishna Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 but that dosent justify hurting one religion would be more effective way of portraying ani kada macha... I think Hindus considered as soft targets ? May be you got the essence wrong baa, they never said god doesnt exist, instead they repeatedly say that god created all and it doesnt matter which religion we choose but until we keep believing that god is there, it gives us hope to live longer and the main targets of the movie were the Babas and these religious people who try to create more divide between people by using the religion card.

But some scenes Like idol worship missing posters disturbing.... Had some impact on my thinking....
Mental_Krishna Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 100% agreed ... But some scenes Like idol worship missing posters disturbing.... Had some impact on my thinking.... in order to make an impact , strong enough to make you think and realise that indeed what they are trying to say is right , I think they dealt with the subject very subtly. An inexperienced director could have easily messed up the plot and created a huge uproar all over the country , IF he failed to deliver the actual essence, Just for handling this very sensitive subject in a country where religion plays just a huge role, I commend and say hats off to Raju hirani

gargicau Posted December 21, 2014 Report Posted December 21, 2014 what else do you expect? Amir khan is a known Hindu baiter, and the most Islamic of all Khans. Someone should seriously make a movie which derides concept of god as elitist and a mindfck, while praising idolatry as a more practical means to stay in touch with nature. I mean, Hindus are fcking lazy thinkers. btw, I didn't watch pk. :) No idea whats the movie about.
