personally I feel contracting is lot better compared to FTE..

 

FTE lo unde resposibilities antha intha kaadu....aaripothav..unless u are a good escapist...and if u start escaping..lay off is round the corner... :)

anduke personally I feel anna bro.....glad that your work place is treating you well..but I can bet majority companies are not like that in today's competitive environments

 

yeah agreed bro...project ni batti untadi..but trend changed bhayya....now mutliple projects handle cheyyali...offshoring tho edi inka ekkuvayipoyindi..again..my opinion only or could be experience
