I am in confused situation right now.. please help.

 

naa H1b visa 29 April 2015 varaku passport meeda stamping undi.. Maa employer H1b extension apply chesadu..nenu feb 2015 nunchi march 2015 mid varaku india vellali... Already naa H1b extension processing lo unnappudu is it safe to travel? Nenu march 2015 lo back vachaka naa I94 change avutundi kada POE daggara..is it a problem for my extension?

 

In case, if i get my H1b extension approval before Feb 2015, can i go for stamping even with valid visa stamping?

General ga if ur h1b petition is in process travel avoid cheyi antaaru cuz nee i94 will change upon ur arrival...So if u go to india and come back then on oct1st or when ever ur new h1 starts you have to go back and get ur stamping done.

 

So better enti antay wait until ur h1 is approved and travel to india and come back on ur old h1 if it is still valid(or new stamping)
