help me Mba To Ms Program Transfer In Same University (Usa)

I need your advice.

 

My brother got F1 visa for MBA at findlay university(USA) for this spring 2015. 

 

Can he change the program from MBA to Masters(MS) in the same college before beginning of the first semester ?? 

 

Please let me know if you are aware of this.
