H4 Stamping In India..cos Applied In Usa But Still Pending

i have applied for change of status from f1 to h4 3 months ago...the status is still pending...since i539 cannot be done in premium..i need to wait for 3 months or more to get it approved....my f1 expired..

 

i have my sisters marriage in jan last week and booked my ticket....im planning to go to india on jan 15....

 

in order to enter US again, I need to come back with stamping...can i directly go for stamping in hyderabad directly as h4 applicant?

one shouldnt travel during the change of status.. travel chestey i mean out of country veltey case valid vundadhu.. so malli fresh ga apply chesukovali india nunchi
