and i already do charity..

 

 

i dont want to reveal what all i do but..

 

i never force anyone and keep it to myself

 

 

..

 

recently a telugu couple asking me to do donate to their funnd raiser for down syndrome children i dont remember exactly..

 

they also mentioned the price as 200$ average

 

they asked me to force donate other friends in my circle..

 

they are in process of getting gc done..

 

i have a doubt... is this social service for some kind of fellony or will it help them on their records?

 

y are they forcing to raise a target amout..

 

not just them

 

i have many other couples and friends asked to donate fund raiser they have raised..

 

and eventually they will have their names on acheiving that much amount while submiting to the end organisations..

before u donate to a charity , search for that charity on http://www.charitynavigator.org/ and see how much of ur money is actually going towards the casue ........ 

 

if someone asks u to donate to a fund raiser , just ask them to name the charity and tell them that u'll donate directly to it , because u need to claim deductions on it during ur tax filings ... later , look it up online and donate to it if u feel like donating , end of the day its ur money man u dont need to be obligated to donate it ...
