Cognizant Full Time - Need Advise

Bro's, I joined a project recently for a Client which Cognizant is implementing. There is another Vendor between my employer and Cognizant. H1 Ammendment cheyalanta client marinappudu so RFE vasthundi ani bhayam due to additional layer. Cognizant vaadu fulltime offer chestanu antunnadu..what do you suggest? Go forward with my employer or take Cognizant Offer??

CTS  1year tharwatha GC process start chesthaa antundhi. But 1year ayyaka you are in Queue ani oka 40 members unnaru ani cheppi.. 2 to 3 years chesthundhi..

H1 ammendment kosamani CTS ki FT velladam lo nakithe logic kanipiyatle....... 

if pay is good + happy to work for CTS, then alochinchochu + GC gatra lolli untayi to join them........ but all in all not bad to join CTS....job safety ekkuva untadi compared to any FT's but dabbul takkuva ravochu anthe

Bhayya, Naa current employer tho 3 years ga unna from OPT...stamping vellali in near future...do you think il have a better chance if I stick with my employer?? Friends ki layers unna H1 extension approve ayyayi so naaku Ammendment lo RFE chances unda due to additional layer?? I have masters from good university

oops. layers valla RFE padthundhi ani endhuku anukuntunnav?   yeah OPT lo 3years chesinaa konthamandhi employers  GC cheyyaru.. 

 

:(  better I suggest to change employer... and start Gc,,,, kontha mandhi pre existing ads tho join aina 1month kee start chestharu.. but marketing nuvve cheskovali....

 

Jan lo market baaguntundhi kabatti.. start looking for job and  vere employer ki change ayyi.. 3months lo stamping plan chesko...
