:( better I suggest to change employer... and start Gc,,,, kontha mandhi pre existing ads tho join aina 1month kee start chestharu.. but marketing nuvve cheskovali....

Jan lo market baaguntundhi kabatti.. start looking for job and vere employer ki change ayyi.. 3months lo stamping plan chesko...

Maa employer GC chestadu...they are good actually...kaani my main concern now is Ammendment and stamping!!!! Changing project is a good idea...kaani can I work without Ammendment till than??
