hi bhaiyaa,

 

need some suggestons..

 

i was planning to add a new at&t line to my account for my friend and the customer representative had run the credit check for two lines and said that i can go to store and get the device and tell them that credit check has been done already for two lines(it was noted on my account).

 

now when i go to store they say that credit check was mandatory to add a new line and apologised for the previous customer representative. I talked to manager also and said the same and he said he is gonna track that representative.

 

Now am stuck not knowing what to do....please suggest

Let them run again. . It won't hurt your credit report. .telephone companies credit check has less impact to none. Even if they do second time also no problem. . They will be treated as one.. since it is related..

Buy credit monitoring for $1 for 30 days then cancel that monitoring before 30 days

In the mean time check.if.any hard.pull has been done using that credit monitoring system

problem emiti anthey vadu credit check future line and na line ki run chesadu and said that i can go and take the device...

 

now when i go to get the device he is saying that credit check must be run when adding a new line......
