Skype and Viber calls ki chala days nundi charge chesthunnaru. My friend was getting like 2000 t0 3000 Rs bill. Planning to change. Airtel is the worst in charging people without letting them know in advance. Even if they let know..they do it in spurious ways.

I think TRAI will take action 

TRAI is one freaking institute....they never look into so many things. Look at those village people who always press something to get the caller tune without knowing what they are doing. These companies charge every month. I have known many people paying like 36Rs every month for more than 2 years why they are paying..and not knowing how to cancel the caller tune. There are many ways that these companies rob, especially the people from villages. TRAI should concentrate on these first.
