In fact, its a well calculated move by CBN, coz in Andhra, Hindus are very friendly to other religions, so favoring minorities wouldn't degrade CBN. On the other hand, CBN can use this against BJP which is Hinduthva party and also suck Jaffa sympathizers in TDP's favor...
