Yes,

But PM of India promised Special status for AP  in Parliament

and BJP has full majority now and should take decision boldly and implement..(they can conveninetly say that they are implementing what was promised in Parliament by earlier Govt and can get away from demands from other states)

 

Coming to Tax incentives,it is not part of special status..I think it is mentioned the bill about giving incentives to back ward regions of AP and TG

I guess it's not possible to grant special status to any state that easily. Let's hope for the best.
