Crypto Posted December 28, 2014 Report Posted December 28, 2014 Yes, you can do it It is called outward remittance and you need to show the reason/proof for transfer It will be easy if you are sending for paying collge fee,medical expenses,buying properties etc (RBI has strict guidelines and has yearly limit of $50k .not sure..) Contact ICICI Bank NRI Services section and they will handle it The fastest way is wire transfer or they can issue a check (US bank check) that you can deposit in your account and will be cleared the next day
