dont want a religious debate but... prathi page lo 2-3 times hell and fire lanti words use chesinattu undi... didnt feel it was interesting... it was rather trying to intimidate anipinchindi... dont know what "sustainability" are u talking about with respect to fire and hell words

fire and hell represent the place for wrong doers..it instills in you a thinkin tht...if you do wrong u will be punished..

since the topic has come....i want throw my view...i must say I haven't read Quran 

 

islam deliberately encourages multiple marriages of men....when it comes to women I guess they are only allowed to marry only one man..

 

this is one of the reasons I hate Islam....also making you do the prayer 5 times a day no matter what state you are...looks silly to me..

Vedas n upanishads need a good teacher- guru to conceive the meanings ani naa opinion... upanishads are more of Q and A of maharshi's n thier disciples.. u can try... example ones... ఈశ, కేన, కఠ, ప్రశ్న, ముండక, మాండూక్య, తైత్తిరీయ, ఐతరేయ, ఛాందోగ్య, బృహదారణ్యక.. nenu chadvaledu,

so no idea, from what I heard, my suggestion is read" ramayanam, bharatam n bhagavatam" vatilllo unnave vedas  n upanishads lo cheppinnavi... they r like application of the holy books..
