I have a job currently and i have to file h1 in April 2015(this is my last chance, pick avvakapothe ika collegeee ).. anyhow my employer will file 1 application for me and i'm thinking to go with other other application with different employer with different client.... 1. is it legal to file 2 diff applications with 2 diff employers with 2 diff clients(same client for both applications is not suggestible ani vinna) 2.if it's ok..do we need to put my 2nd employer as future employer(as i will be working with him in near future) 3.i heard some cases that people who filed 2 applications have both of their applications picked in the lottery and they have withdrawn 1 application....after few weeks/months they got a notice that Usciss is revoking their H1 please suggest me the probabilities here....... and also post your experiences and suggestions plsss.....!!

bunny007 Posted December 28, 2014 Author Report Posted December 28, 2014 3rd point yeah bro....one of my dosth scheduled a call with one of the immigration law firm....they said that we're getting tons of calls on this cases.....it's like they(usssscisssss) found some patter i guess.....? still not sure what will be the cases in 2015 with multiple h1 applications.....

loveindia Posted December 28, 2014 Report Posted December 28, 2014 once upon a time no issues man... now if you apply with same job details for second h1 also, there is a 3 out of 10 chance that causes the problem... people with totally different employers (not sister companies) had no issues as I know... rest is always luck...
