wire transfer is the only possible way for u if u want to send it all at once ...... if u paid tax on it already u dont need to pay any more taxes ...... just go to ur bank and ask them abt the wire transfer procedure ( its a fairly simple process ) and also ask them about the limits .... as far as i know it wont be a problem for 100k ...

it costs abt 30-40$ per transaction when we wire it from India to the US , never did it the other way round .... im guessing it should be around the same ...
