Icici has 3 types of options... Using power transfer you can do more than 100k .... But u have to contact NRI service to enable that

wire transfer is the only possible way for u if u want to send it all at once ...... if u paid tax on it already u dont need to pay any more taxes ...... just go to ur bank and ask them abt the wire transfer procedure ( its a fairly simple process ) and also ask them about the limits .... as far as i know it wont be a problem for 100k ...
