adi capital region map....adi matram official....Ring Road capital region ni kalipe vundapoyedi///...Few places may change...but not official

No man....New airport almost conformed....Gannavaram ni international aitport ga cheyaru.....chala issues vunay cheyataniki..... .New airport will be constructed in capital area in b/n Thullur and Mangaligiri 

 

Avuna,... emo naaku ee vishyam teleedu... May be gannavaram airport extend cheyyakapochu... But new airport aithe Capital region lo untundani nenu anukovateledu tammudu... Endukante chaala space waste kada international airports ki..... Nenu vinadam  Vizag ki rajamundry ki inbetween kaani or DONAKONDA lo kaani ani vinna...

30,000 acres lo govt offices secretery assembly laantivi kaakunda inkem construct chesthunnaru

 

50k acres vuntundi land pooling and even more maybe after 10 years.....

 

 

30 Percent = Roads + Utility services(Drainage Lines + Water Pipelines + Electrical Lines + Others).

                   = 15,600 acres  

 

10 Percent = Parks + Gardens + Play Grounds + Open Grounds.

                  = 5200 acres

        

5 Percent = Will be allocated for social activities(Example : Schools, Central Library, Museum, Zoo and other's ...                       

               = 2600 acres  

 

5 Percent = Will be allocated for housing for weaker sections.

              =  2600 acres

 

21 percent = Would be allocated to land pooling farmers in Residential layouts zones.

                = 10,920 acres

 

5 percent = Would be allocated to land pooling farmers in Commercial layouts zones.

              = 2600 acres

 

2 percent = Assemble + Secretariat + Raj Bhavan + High Court + CM Camp Office + 119 state and central                                  government departments  + other government buildings.

              = 1040 acres

 

2 percent = Government quarters + Government Guest House's and other allotments.

               = 1040 acres

 

3 percent = Green Field Airport. 

                = 1600 acres

 

Remaining land for Tourism, IT ITES etc etc.,

sorry its not Yelamanchili, Gokavaram daggara... Which is inbetween Kakinada Viazag and rajamundry... Official ga proposal pettaru... RAJU gaaru approve kuda chesaru... But inka Official ga avvali approval..

yeah but surely Vizag-Kakinada madyalo.......Ongole  greenfield aiport kuda approve indi ga elections munde.....dani news emina vunda ? approve matram indi....cancel chesara malli ?
