2014 lo naku hech one 1 year approve ayyindhi.. ante september 2015 varaku...

 

2015 april lo extension apply chedam ani thinking... if i get 1 more year of h1 and June stamfing ki velthe... naku stamfing 2015 sep varaku padthada or 2016 sep?

Nivu stamping ki vellinappudu ni i797 and client letters isthavu kada so vatini chusi istharu..if i797 is valid for 2 yrs and client letter states your project is for 2 yrs then 2 yrs ki padthadi...

I797 is nothing but your h1..if client letter not a problem then extension ki apply chesi appudu client letter pedtha kada so aa letter ni batti niku h1 duration approve avthadi same with stamping...
