W2 Vs Lca...urgent

Hi guys

This year I didn't work almost 4 months because I was in india (I have some perdonal issues)

1. My gross pay on w2 2014 is $59000.40
2. As per LCA filed for my H1B extension in 2013 the wage rate is $69000.00

Since my gross pay on W2-2014 year is less than my wage rate in LCA will this be a problem during Green card process?

Can anyone please clearly explain how the w2 vs LCA comparison works?

shouldn't be an issue ..... 

 

nee lca amount per month basis medha nuvu usa lo work chesina months ki match iyethe it should be fine. you can mention that you were out of usa during that period
